Asmita Goyal has been a part of Secure's journey since 1994, building an exceptional career that spans software development, application engineering, product leadership, and global services. She began as a software developer and steadily progressed to lead the function before taking on increasingly strategic leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has combined deep technical expertise with commercial insight, creating solutions that deliver lasting value for customers and the organisation alike.
Asmita holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the University of Hyderabad (1990–1993). Her strong academic foundation has supported a career defined by continuous learning, innovation, and leadership.

Asmita led Software development, Application Engineering and later served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Measurement & Controls Strategic Business Unit, bringing together development expertise with market, commercial, and value-based perspectives on products and systems. She subsequently headed the global Benefit and Service Design function and became an integral part of Secure's management team.
Passionate about nurturing people, she has helped develop generations of Semsites across the organisation. Today, as Chief Services Officer, Asmita leads the design, build and delivery of Secure's global services, ensuring customers around the world receive reliable, high-quality experience that enriches their outcomes.
