Kaushik Ghosh has been a part of Secure since 1996, playing a significant role in the organisation's growth. Over the years, he has contributed across several strategic functions, helping strengthen Secure's capabilities while supporting its long-term vision. His extensive experience in technology, innovation, and business strategy has made him an integral part of the company's leadership team.

Asmita Goyal has been a part of Secure's journey since 1994, building an exceptional career that spans software development, application engineering, product leadership, and global services.

Pankaj Jain has been a part of Secure's journey since 1992, when he joined the organisation as a Production Engineer. Over the years, he has contributed across multiple functions, building deep expertise in product development and technology leadership.

Rajneesh Kher brings over 35 years of industry experience, including 25 years with Secure, where he has played a key role in expanding the organisation's presence across international markets.

Over a distinguished 26-year tenure at Secure, Rajesh Kohli has played a pivotal role in shaping key business divisions. He initially led India marketing—building high-performing teams and expanding the Utilities business—before identifying a major market opportunity to launch the non-utility business unit in 2009.

Hemender Pandwal has been a valued member of the Secure family for many years, playing a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's growth through his expertise in legal, taxation, and financial matters.

Ananya joined Secure in 2008 to help reduce our energy consumption and carbon footprint. He continues to do so while also championing people practices rooted in our beliefs, enabling Secure to endure.
