Sridhar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science (MSc) in Manufacturing Systems from the University of Warwick, UK (1994–1995). As a certified Black Belt and Lean Champion, he has successfully implemented world-class manufacturing practices and operational excellence initiatives throughout his career.
