Over the years, he has contributed across several strategic functions, helping strengthen Secure's capabilities while supporting its long-term vision. His extensive experience in technology, innovation, and business strategy has made him an integral part of the company's leadership team.
Kaushik holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras (1984–1985). His strong technical foundation has shaped his approach to innovation, product development, and long-term business strategy throughout his career.

Kaushik Ghosh, Group Diversification Officer
Before taking on his current responsibilities, Kaushik served as Secure's Group Chief Technology Officer, where he led new product introductions, technology management, product portfolio management and intellectual property initiatives. His leadership helped drive innovation and build a strong foundation for the organisation's expanding product portfolio.
Before joining Secure, Kaushik spent nine years with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), where he worked on advanced avionics, instrumentation, navigation and guidance system gaining valuable experience in high-technology engineering that continues to influence his strategic approach today.
Today, as Group Diversification Officer, Kaushik plays a pivotal role in shaping Secure's strategic direction and driving business diversification. He works closely with leadership teams to identify new opportunities, support long-term growth, and strengthen the organisation's presence across emerging markets and technologies.
