Over the years, he has successfully built Secure's C&I and M&C businesses from the ground up across India, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, establishing a strong market presence. His expertise in utilities, channel marketing, and developing new markets has been instrumental in driving sustainable business growth across the Asia Pacific region.
Sanjiv studied at the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, where he built the technical foundation that has supported his successful career in the electrical and energy industry.

Before joining Secure, Sanjiv gained valuable experience in sales and marketing with leading organisations in the electrical industry. He worked as a Senior Marketing Officer at Crompton Greaves and held a Sales and Marketing role at Havells India, where he developed deep expertise in industrial electrical products and market development.
Today, as Chief Executive Officer for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, Sanjiv leads Secure's business across diverse markets, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable growth. Alongside his professional achievements, his love for the Hindi language, quick wit, and engaging sense of humour bring warmth and positivity to everyone who works with him.
